Park National Bank Holds Grand Opening of Downtown Louisville Office

Steady growth spurs move to full-service branch at historic location

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky – The Park National Bank celebrated the grand opening of its new full-service branch office on Tuesday at 545 South Third Street, Suite 100, in Louisville. Located in the historic Madrid Building in downtown Louisville, the office is led by local business banker Andrew Holden and includes a local expert staff of nine associates. They have a specialized focus on business banking and offer a variety of lending services, including commercial real estate, investment real estate, construction and development, equipment financing, lines of credit, agricultural loans, working capital, and SBA or other government programs.

Before moving into the new downtown office, the branch operated as a Loan Production Office (LPO) upon opening in May 2018 at a temporary location. Now a full-service branch, the bank also offers a full line of retail and consumer services, including deposit accounts, commercial lending and cash management, treasury management, consumer loans, mortgage lending services, and online and mobile banking.

“The local business community has quickly recognized the commitment and customized solutions our office can provide, and I’m proud of the work our team has done in a short time to progress to this exciting full-service branch in the heart of downtown Louisville,” said Holden, who has more than 22 years of experience in Louisville’s financial services industry. “Their specialized local knowledge has been crucial for the growth we’ve already enjoyed. This centralized location is an ideal position from which we can expand our services to the Louisville business community.”

According to Holden, there is capacity to grow staff as more customer relationships develop. The office may also offer a range of trust, investment and retirement plan services in the future.

The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. along with 24/7 access to Park’s Customer Care Center.
