Experienced local lender leads development of new office

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky – The Park National Bank has opened a lending office in Louisville. Led by local business banker Andrew Holden, the office will primarily serve business owners with a variety of lending services including commercial real estate, investment real estate, construction and development, equipment financing, lines of credit, agricultural loans, working capital, and SBA or other government programs. The bank will also provide residential mortgage lending services to individuals and families in the Louisville community.

The office is temporarily located at 2120 High Wickham Place. After the bank selects a permanent location later this year, it plans to expand its services to include all forms of personal and business banking, such as deposit accounts, commercial cash management, and online and mobile banking. It may also offer a range of trust, investment and retirement plan services.
Holden has more than 21 years of experience in Louisville’s financial services industry. “Park has a history of successfully offering the best of both banking worlds to its clients – the personalized advice and attention of a community banker backed by the sophisticated resources and capabilities of a large financial company,” Holden said. “We’re focused on banking relationships. I’m confident our local business community will value the responsiveness, commitment and customized solutions our office can provide.”
