Important Update About PPP
Now accepting PPP applications!
We are committed to doing all we can to help our existing PPP borrowers with a second draw loan option and our other current customers with first draw PPP loans. We’ve created our own online application portal to simplify the application and forgiveness process for you. We will only be accepting applications entered through our online portal.
How can you apply?
For our existing PPP customers
All existing PPP customers received an email with a link and instructions to apply for a second draw loan.
For our bank customers
If you are a Park National Bank customer but do not have a PPP loan, please contact your lender or banker directly or complete the form below and a banker will follow up with you. An email with a link and instructions is needed from your lender or banker to begin the application process for a first draw PPP loan.
What’s next?
Once you submit your application, our bankers will review and submit to the SBA as quickly as possible. The portal will keep you updated along the way with notifications and necessary action items. When we receive approval from the SBA, we’ll securely send your loan documents to you via DocuSign to complete.

You may find the SBA and Treasury websites helpful for direct access to the most up-to-date details about PPP changes, new provisions, and eligibility. Your accountant or other advisors are also great resources to determine what’s best for your business. If you have other business needs or questions, please contact your lender or banker directly.
