For more than a century, we’ve continually made changes to serve our customers and communities more. And as the world continues to change, we must change to adapt with it. Changing our name now positions our bank for smart, steady growth, with expanded resources to better serve our customers, today and in the future. As we’ve grown, the benefit of having individual brand names became outweighed by the need to deliver a truly consistent customer experience and more clear communication.
Important information about your account
As part of our new brand launch, you will see a number of exciting changes as we look to better serve you united under our family name, Park National Bank. You’ll find answers to many of your questions here.
Do I need to order new checks?
Your account number and routing number are the same, so you may continue to use your checks and deposit slips until it’s time to reorder. When your new checks arrive, they will be printed with our new logo.
Will my debit card still work?
You may continue to use your current bank debit card. When your card expires, you’ll receive a new card with the new design. Your card number will stay the same.
Can I continue to use my mobile app?
If you want to continue using mobile banking, please download the Park National Bank app in the App Store or Google Play.
- Retail App Users: You’ll be notified through your current app when it’s time to update. By waiting until you receive this notification, your active alerts will transfer to the new Park National Bank app. You will still want to verify your alerts once you download the new app.
- Business App Users: The version of the bank app you’re using is no longer supported. Please visit the App Store and select the Park National Bank Business app to the current version to access your accounts.
Do I need to update my mobile wallet?
Your debit card image(s) will update automatically to the new card designs, but the features will still work with your current debit card.
Do I need to update my account alerts?
As long as you wait until you’re notified in your current bank app to download the new Park National Bank app your alerts will transfer. Before deleting your current bank app you’ll want to verify they are working correctly.
