When will my app be updated?
July 11: Century, Second, Security, United, Unity,
July 18: Carolina Alliance, Fairfield, First Knox, NewDominion, Richland
As of that date, your old banking app will no longer work.
How do I update my app?
When you open your app on the day of (or after) your planned update, you will see a message prompting you to update to the new Park app. Clicking ‘Upgrade Now’ will take you to the app store to install the app.
What do I need to know before I update?
There are a few things you should know before you begin your update.
For security reasons, we have you login for the first time with your full username and password. Once you’re in, you can enable Touch or Face ID by tapping More > Touch ID/Face ID.
You’ll also be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions after you successfully log in.
The alerts you have activated in your current app will not transfer to the new app. We encourage you to make a note of the alerts you use before you upgrade so you can easily set them up again. If you prefer emailed or text alerts, those are set up through online banking.

What will I need to do after I update?
If you like using notifications, you’ll want to enable those by going to More > Alerts. Turning on the toggle for push notifications will make sure you’re notified when one of your alerts is triggered.
You should also verify that ‘Receive Card Alerts’ is turned on if that’s an alert you use. You can check by going to More > Cards > Manage Card Alerts.
