Getting started with GoRetire
Welcome to your new Plan Sponsor site! Here you’ll find access to all the information you will need to access the new and improved Plan Sponsor GoRetire retirement site.
What’s changing?
Beginning December 19, 2023, when you login to your plan sponsor account you will be directed to a new and improved retirement site called GoRetire. You will also be able to download and access your plan participant details via the GoRetire app.
What’s not changing?
Your day-to-day needs will continue to be managed and met by the Park National Bank RPS team. Questions and concerns can be directed through your existing Park RPS relationship manager, or through GoRetire’s participant service center. The safety, security, and reliability of your account will always be our top priority, and this partnership further enhances our capacity to support this.
Conversion blackout period
In order to facilitate these upgrades, we will need to convert your plan(s). To do so, a brief blackout period will occur from December 14 at X p.m. to December 19 at 12 p.m. During this transition period, plan assets will be fully invested, but account access and activity will be halted.
Employer Web Access
Once the blackout period ends, you’ll have access to the enhanced website to access participant accounts, view plan information, run ad hoc reports, submit contributions and census information, and many other tools. New Usernames and Passwords will be sent to you near the end of the blackout period, and we’ll conduct a training session for
you.
Plan Investments and Payroll Contributions
Your plan investments will not change as a result of this upgrade. Investments will stay fully invested during the blackout period. Participants will not be able to transfer or realign their account, or request a loan or distribution during this short time period.
You may continue to submit/fund payroll contributions, however, if you submit payroll data files online, you’ll need to wait until the end of the blackout to submit the data. Contributions submitted during the blackout will be invested after the blackout period.
