Park National Bank to combine North Zanesville offices

Zanesville North Office will expand hours with seven-day-a-week service

Zanesville, Ohio – Park National Bank announced today it will combine its branch banking services in the Maple Avenue area into one office at 1201 Brandywine Boulevard. The bank operates two full-service offices a mile apart, and has selected the newer facility as its base for on-site services in North Zanesville. Park sold its property at 990 Military Road to a local family-owned business that plans to make improvements to the site. Park plans to extend its operating hours and make other physical enhancements at its North Zanesville office.

“This is good news for the Zanesville community. We’re concentrating our resources to deliver our best service from our best and most popular facility in that part of Zanesville, while also supporting exciting developments from another local business,” said Park’s Regional President Patrick Nash. “Our customers prefer the easier access to drive-thru and ATM services at the Brandywine location, as well as the convenient parking and updated service desk spaces. Our teams are merging, so customers will see familiar faces and receive the same excellent service.”

“We’re also excited this arrangement helps a local business accomplish its growth goals and generate great experiences for people living and shopping in this area,” Nash added.

After this consolidation of its offices along Maple Avenue, Park National will operate five full-service banking offices in Zanesville. In recent years, Park opened new offices in Coshocton, Cambridge, and New Philadelphia. Like many financial institutions, the increased usage of digital services has reduced customer traffic in some offices, especially where the bank has multiple offices overlapping the same service area.

The office at 990 Military Road will close in mid-December. Before the end of the year, the bank will extend its Zanesville North Office hours to:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Customer accounts and relationships are not affected by the combination of the offices. Customers may direct questions to any Park National Bank leader.
