Park National Bank expands commitment in Louisville with office relocation
Clifton location offers room for growth, more visibility and easier access for customers
Park National Bank has opened its newly-relocated Louisville Office in the Spring River Business Park at 2305 River Road, Suite 300. The 11,500 square-foot office space more than doubles the footprint of the previous office and has dedicated space for up to 35 associates. Bankers welcome customers to the new space which offers easy access close to downtown and convenient surface parking.
Local business banker Andrew Holden is president of the bank’s Louisville division and leads an experienced and growing team of 15 bankers and lenders. The bank will continue to have a specialized focus on business banking and offer a variety of lending services including commercial real estate, investment real estate, construction and development, equipment financing, lines of credit, agricultural loans, working capital and SBA or other government programs.
“This new location demonstrates our continued commitment to meeting the financial needs of the Louisville community,” said Holden. “With greater visibility and a more convenient location that gives us room to grow, we’ll be able to serve more businesses, communities, families and individuals with our unique style of banking.”
The office was completely renovated to accommodate Park’s full-service banking branch. The following project partners were instrumental in bringing Park’s vision for the space to life: Derek Engineering, Inc. (general contractor); DKN Architects, O’Bryan Design, and Olympia Design (architecture and interior design); Office Resources, Inc. (furniture) and PRG Commercial Property Advisors (property procurement).
Park entered the Louisville community in May 2018 with a loan production office and opened a full-service banking office in the historic Madrid Building in downtown in June 2019. Doors to the new office on River Road were opened to the public on October 21, 2024. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The full-service banking office also provides mortgage lending services, personal and business deposit accounts, commercial lending and cash management, treasury management, wealth management and retirement plan services, consumer loans, and online and mobile banking.
The Park National Bank is not affiliated in any way with Park Community Credit Union.
