Scouting is a passion for many of our bankers including Jim Kreckman, Vice President and Trust Investment Officer in Springfield. Jim is pictured here leading Wood Badge training for the Tecumseh Council, Boy Scouts of America.
Wood Badge is an advanced Scout leader training program which is held over two weekends on a biennial basis. The 5 Themes and 14 Leadership Competencies that are taught have application in scouting, business, and the personal lives of the participants.
