United Way of Piedmont Stuff the Bus event

Bottles of glue, pencils, markers, rulers, erasers, colorful backpacks and more filled a conference room table in the Spartanburg Office after associates donated items for “Stuff the Bus,” which is an annual school supply drive organized by the United Way of the Piedmont.

Besides supplying kids with the tools they need to succeed, it was fun to see the look on the faces of customers when they saw all the items. When a former educator commented how proud he was that his bank was donating supplies to children who needed them, it made it all that much more worthwhile.
