Office status
We have been working quickly to restore access to in-person services in our Carolina banking centers. Our goal is to keep our offices open as long as it’s safe for our team members and customers, so you can access the services you need. Loan assistance
If you have questions about your loan, concerns about making your payment or want to explore financing options for repairs or purchases, please contact our dedicated lending team. Our lenders can help connect you with federal, state, local and bank programs, including SBA disaster loans, FHA loans and more, to assist you. Please note that we are waiving late fees on consumer and home loans for customers in North and South Carolina through December 31, 2024.
