Mobile Wallet

Make easy, secure digital payments with your mobile wallet

Use your Park National Bank cards with Apple Pay, Google Wallet, or Samsung Wallet for quick, secure, contactless payments. A mobile wallet stores digital versions of your debit and credit cards on your smartphone for easy, payments in-person, online or in-app.

How it works

Your card number is replaced with a randomized digital account number called a token. Your card number is not stored on your device or wallet provider’s servers. Your account number is completely hidden from merchants and useless if accessed by criminals.

You can use your phone to make easy, contactless payments when you’re shopping in-store, in-app, or online. Look for the contactless payment symbol on the terminal and checkout and tap your device to initiate your mobile wallet. Then, it’s as simple as following the prompts on your phone. Tap, pay and be on your way!

Your mobile wallet is also available on tablets and computers for an added layer of security when you’re shopping in-app or online.

If your device is lost or stolen, please call 888-791-8633 and ask us to suspend or delete your tokens.

Using your mobile wallet


Ready to give mobile wallet a try? Here’s what you need to know:

  • No internet needed for in-store purchases.
  • Add any (or all!) of your Park debit and credit cards.
  • Add as many cards as you want, there’s no limit.
  • View your last 30 days of transactions in the wallet app.
  • Use the same card on multiple devices — each gets a unique, secure token.
  • Choose credit or debit when paying; enter your PIN if needed.
  • Some merchants may require a signature for large-dollar purchases.
  • When you get a new or replacement card, you’ll need to re-add them to your wallet.
