Yes, First Citizens will officially become part of the Park organization in early 2026 and will become Park National Bank. You’ll begin to see our name and logo on forms and legal documents then, with signage and branding to be updated later in the year.

No, your First Citizens banker will continue to take care of you, even after they are part of Park. Current First Citizens leaders will continue to operate the bank on a day-to-day basis, and they’ll retain local leadership and decision-making.

There will be no immediate changes to your accounts, credit and debit cards, online banking and other items. Sometime around fall of 2026, you will benefit from expanded service offerings and there will be updates to your account features, benefits, debit card, checks and online/mobile banking access.

There will be no immediate changes to your loans or the way you access your information. The terms and conditions of your loans will not change. You may continue making payments the same way you do today.

No, Park intends to keep all First Citizens locations open.
