Sleeping Bags, Blankets and Lunch for the Needy

Asheville associates capped off a sleeping bag and blanket collection drive by feeding some of the clients of the Haywood Street Congregation. After delivering the items, some stayed behind to serve lunch to those who came in.

The organization aims to “include the most excluded,” including those who live in the outskirts of the city and have been denied shelter assistance in the past for various reasons.
