1 Monthly service charge is waived for the first two statement cycles to allow for electronic payments and deposits to be established. After the first two statement cycles, the monthly service charge will be waived if you meet the direct deposit or balance qualifier. A statement cycle is approximately 30 days. The number of days can vary depending on the number of days in a month and if the statement end date falls on a weekend. You can determine your statement cycle by reviewing the beginning balance and ending balance dates listed on your statement.
2 Direct deposit qualifier is met when a total of $500 or more monthly electronic payments, such as payroll deposits, government benefits and ACH deposits are posted to the account in a statement cycle.
3 Balance qualifier is met for your VIP Checking Account when you maintain a current monthly average available balance of $1,000 or more in this account. More information about how we calculate monthly average available balance is available in your account disclosures.
4 Age qualifier is met if one or more owners on the account is 24 years of age or younger at the end of each statement cycle. Upon the youngest owner’s 25th birthday, the monthly service charges will be applied on the next statement cycle, unless another discount applies. Waiver does not apply if this account goes inactive or dormant.
5 Balance qualifier is met for your VIP All-Access Checking Account if you maintain a monthly average available balance of $25,000 or more during the previous calendar month across all of the primary owner’s open deposit accounts with Park. You must be an owner on other deposit accounts, but you do not need to be the primary owner. Wealth Management and loan relationships do not qualify. More information about how we calculate monthly average available balance is available in your account disclosures.
6 VIP All-Access Checking is an interest-bearing account. You must maintain a minimum balance of $2,500 or more in this account each day to earn interest. See Deposit Rate Sheet and account disclosures for more information.
7 For the VIP Checking Account, ATM fees refunded for use of an ATM outside of the Park network to cover non-Park bank’s ATM fee and other provider ATM service charge up to $10 per statement cycle. For the VIP All-Access Checking Account, all ATM fees will be refunded for use of an ATM outside of the Park network to cover non-Park bank’s ATM fee and other provider ATM service charge.
8 $150 loyalty bonus is credited to your VIP All-Access Checking Account when you obtain a qualifying consumer loan with Park after your VIP All-Access Checking Account is open. Loyalty bonus is typically credited to your account 45 days after the loan is closed. Checking account must remain open in order for loyalty bonus to be credited; if account is closed and/or restricted, no loyalty bonus will be awarded. Bonus is considered income and may be reportable on IRS 1099-INT. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
