Access to all of the information you will need to access and enjoy your new and improved online retirement portal. Don’t worry, we’ll keep it simple!

What’s changing?

Beginning December 19, 2023, when you login to your retirement account you will be directed to a new and improved retirement site called GoRetire. You will also be able to download and access your plan participant details via the GoRetire app.

What’s not changing?

Your day-to-day needs will continue to be managed and met by the Park National Bank RPS team. Questions and concerns can be directed through your existing Park RPS relationship manager, or through GoRetire’s participant service center. The safety, security, and reliability of your account will always be our top priority, and this partnership further enhances our capacity to support this.

Conversion blackout period

A brief blackout period will occur from December 14 at X p.m. to December 19 at 12 p.m. to transition your account. During this conversion period, your plan assets will be fully invested, but account access and activity will be halted. You will be notified via email when you new retirement site is back online.

When the new GoRetire site is live, a “GoRetire Login” button will appear at the top of this page.

To login, click this button, select “Participant” from the Login As dropdown, and enter your default username and password.

Your username and password will be reset to:

• Default username: Social Security Number
• Default password: Date of Birth (mmddyyy)

Once logged in, you will be prompted to set a new username and password.
