Customers have reported receiving fraudulent text messages stating their credit or check card has been suspended and in order to re-activate it they must call the number provided. What should you do if you receive a suspicious text message?
- Do not respond.
- If you are unsure of its authenticity, contact your local branch office to verify the call.
- Delete the message from your device.
- If you responded to the message and provided information, contact us immediately at 740/349-8451 or your local office.
