We are now a part of Park National Bank. As our customer, you’ll have access not only to our offices here in Tennessee, but also to Park offices and ATMs in Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina. With this partnership, we’re bringing you enhanced digital tools and more capabilities. We’re still the same people delivering on the same promise, but now with even more possibilities.

Unless we notified you specifically in your letter, no, your account number is not changing. In a few cases, account numbers overlapped between First Citizens and Park customers. If you had an account in this group, we sent you specific details in your mailer

Your current routing number will continue to work, allowing your direct deposits and automatic payments to process normally without interruption.

No, you’ll continue to work with the same local, trusted banker who knows you and your goals.

Your account transitioned on August 24. If you have any questions about your account, or would like to discuss other account options, please contact your local banker.

Absolutely! If there’s an account you like better, it’s easy to switch. Let’s discuss what’s most important to you and get you into an account that fits. Please connect with us if you’d like to make a change.

You can continue to use your current checks until they run out. Next time you order replacement checks you’ll update your routing number to 044101305, although your current routing number will continue to work.

If you were notified specifically that your account number will change (a very small number of customers received this notice due to having a duplicate account number), we have shipped you a box of complimentary checks. You should begin using your new checks today.

Yes! If you currently receive free checks as an account benefit, that will continue with your new account.

Yes, your new Park National Bank Visa debit card was mailed the week of August 10. If you haven’t already, activate it today. Your First Citizens debit card was deactivated. Any payments connected to your card and processing on or after August 22 will need to be updated with your new card details.

No, we are moving from a Mastercard debit to a Visa debit, so all cards will have a new number, expiration date and security code.

I recommend activating your card by phone.

  1. Call the phone number printed on the front of your card.
  2. Follow the prompts to activate it.
  3. Set your 4-digit PIN.

Refer to debit card guide for more detailed information.

Your new Park Visa debit card was mailed the week of August 10. If you didn’t receive your card, please reach out to us right away and we’ll get another one rushed to you.

  • The card comes in a plain white envelope, so it may look like any piece of mail. It typically takes about two business days to arrive. Your First Citizens Mastercard stopped working on Friday evening, August 21.

You’ll continue to receive your statements the same way you do today. During August, you may receive a partial final statement from First Citizens and a partial initial statement from Park. Your future statements will come from Park.  If you would like to enroll in paperless statements, please reach out to your local banker.

On Monday, August 24, you’ll be able to view up to three months of transaction history. Additional historical transactions will be added as account data continues to load and refresh. Your transaction history will become more complete over time following the conversion.

Savings and checking customers: If your account earns interest today, your new account will also be eligible for interest based on the qualifying balance. A rate sheet with all the terms and conditions of your account was included in your mailed packet. Connect with us and we’d be happy to look up your rate for you.

CD/IRA customers: Your term and interest rate are not changing until maturity.

Your maturity date is the same but your notice will come from Park. You’ll have 10 days after your account matures to decide if you want to roll it over or cash out.

You can access your account through Park’s online banking portal at parknationalbank.com. Be sure to login using a computer or mobile browser for your first-time login, before you can access it via the mobile app.

For your first login, be sure to use a computer or your phone’s browser. Logging in through the app won’t work for the first login and we want your first login to go smoothly. Enter your current First Citizens username and password and follow the prompts. Then, you can download the Park National Bank app for banking on the go.

In a few cases, usernames overlapped between First Citizens and Park customers. If you have a username in this group, you will receive additional details via email.
